(Adults & Children) A consultation is recommend for all first time clients. Consultations are complimentary (FREE) and are designed to improve our overall service and your experience. Consultations "MUST NOT" be Booked on or as the same day as an appointment. Same day appointments will be Canceled if not approved in advance. There are NO SATURDAY CONSULTATIONS due to the limited volume of scheduled clients being serviced on this day.
The consultation is a 5-10 min conversation with ME to determine your hair care needs, desired results, length of time for service and pricing. It is also a time for you to review photos of the various styling possibilities.
In the consultation, the client discusses the history of the their hair, they’re expectations and what they are trying to achieve. I will then provide price options and services, including products to help the client’s hair be more manageable.
I must see your hair & scalp before hand this protects myself and clients. Thank you for your understanding.
